RTIFEX is a boutique Architectural practice with the experience to bring your ideas to life, ability to discover overlooked potential and skill to find balance between aesthetics, quality and budget while maintaining constructability.
Our primary goal is to meet the needs of our clients. We believe in taking a genuine approach to both design and business practice, which means respecting context, budget and history of place while advocating for contemporary solutions using modern building technology and standards of practice. Life takes place within and surrounded by our built environment, which has a profound impact on our daily lives and the success of our businesses and families.
ABOUT THE OWNER
David is a Suma Cum Laude graduate of the University of Florida School of Architecture an AIA member and a licensed Architect in Virginia, Maryland, The District of Columbia and New York State with over 15 years of experience contributing to and managing award winning commercial, mixed use, government, office and high end residential projects, shepherding them through complex approvals and delivery schedules, helping his clients achieve their goals of transforming communities and adding value.
Practice and project locations have included Northern Virginia, Baltimore MD, Miami FL, Beijing CN, and Washington DC. Some of his clients have included The Department of State, USACE, GSA, AOC, EYA, Shooshan, Hines, Vornado, JBG Smith, JMZell, Thor Properties, and Lenovo.
David also participated in the 2017-2018 Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program, comprised of a competitively selected group of 16 emerging professionals with proven career success, community involvement and positive workplace impact.
He's especially enthusiastic about long walks through the woods, long sits on the beach and big smiles from his daughter.
